Soft Reliance Limited does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. We may share personal data only with trusted service providers bound by data processing agreements, where required by Ghanaian law or regulatory authority, in the event of a business transfer (subject to equivalent protections), or in cross-border transfers where adequate protection is ensured per Section 43 of Act 843.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest (TLS 1.2+, AES-256), role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication, regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, firewalls and intrusion detection systems, a designated Data Protection Officer, mandatory staff data protection training, and documented incident response procedures.
In the event of a personal data breach, Soft Reliance Limited will assess the breach within 24 hours, notify the Data Protection Commission within 72 hours where required, notify affected data subjects without undue delay where high risk exists, maintain records of all breaches, and implement remediation measures to prevent recurrence.
